We had a super fun program at a Rotary lunch meeting yesterday. The speaker David Jacobs gave us a brief history and the business aspects of egg cream. And he also taught us all how to make our own egg creams. Each attendee was given a bottle Fox's fat-free chocolate syrup to take home to practice further. Never heard of Egg Cream? It is a drink started in a Brooklyn soda fountain but now Egg Cream products are being exported to all over the world including Dubai.
