Current residents are now 62 to 102. One client has been there for 15 years. They have to be self-transportable, able to get up from a chair by themselves. Some drive, they enjoy music, trips to museums, malls, movies, etc. They are served three meals a day in their room or dining room. The cost is @4,500 per month for a studio, including a bathroom, kitchen. There are many opportunities for socialization to provide a satisfying life.
