ANNOUNCEMENTS: Division will meet on Saturday, (gave projector and screen to Kris Chittur), nothing from Rachel, Eric re fundraiser a great success on May 1 at Cap't Lawrence Brewery in Elmsford (for details contact Eric)

Mark J. fundraiser was a success and handled silent auction Anne, her grandson is OK Rebecca, for the guests Rich is thankful he is warm and dry Shah (our speaker) re Rotary and Peace Aura  to be here Dr. Bob Maher via Eric, re Mothers day Kris needs more help re District meeting Scott, re fundraiser which was a success plus welcome to Guests and Sam has not yet chosen a school but did AP.

SPEAKER: Shah Latif, he did elementary and high school then a degree in mathematics and physics all in Pakistan, then became an American and is a Rotarian from East Yonkers, did an MA from Pace.
                           SUMMARY OF TALK How Rotary International works for Peace. There are many Rotarians from many international chapters. The United Nations was started by Rotarians.
We should use our brains. Now have Rotary in Japan (and in Tokyo many clubs with an overseeing club). The key is education. Also comments re India and Pakistan, Moslems, Languages.
