Today: Islam by Ola Raisson, but she did not appear. Instead we had Dr. Bob Maher on what is latest at St. Christophers and Dr. Sy Yuter on Mideast Update.
Summary of Talks
Dr. Bob Maher. He is getting back to his roots. His next project about orphans is similar to the movie about Cider House Rules. He hoped that the Chrisopher marching band reps will be in the move Presto.
Dr. Sy Yuter. Obama still thinks Iran will become pro-Western if he agrees to Iran’s demands re its nuclear project, but Sy disagrees. Saudi Arabia’s new king and head of Bahrain decide to stay home and not attend Obama’s Camp David getogether of the Gulf countries, but both send high reps. Apparently they disagree with Obama’s Iran nuclear project. Obama and incoming Prime Minister Netanyahu also disagree about Iran’s nuclear project. Netanyahu apparently believes that Iran is going nuclear.

ANNOUNCEMENTS: Monday, May 25 is the Briarcliff Manor parade. Sy will be there in his WWII uniform. He needs at least two others to hold Rotary banner. They meet near Mark S. office. Kris re a district assembly meeting June 25 at 9:00 am in Tarrytown.
